Founder-Led Fund Risk (FDRS). The Founder-Led Fund is subject to the investment risks associated with founder-led companies, including key-person risk, governance and succession risk, and the potential for above-average volatility. The Fund may be concentrated in a limited number of issuers and in particular sectors, which can increase volatility and the risk of loss. The Fund may also invest in small- and mid-capitalization companies, which are generally more volatile and less liquid than large-capitalization companies. As an index-tracking fund, the Founder-Led Fund may experience tracking error and may be unable to fully replicate the performance of the Index. The Fund issues and redeems shares only in large blocks called "Creation Units" at NAV next determined after an order is accepted.
